Based in Amsterdam and born in Bucharest\, Iasmina is an experienced Pilates instructor passionate about building mobile and resilient bodies. Through mindful movement\, she helps improve strength and move with greater freedom - both in training and everyday life. We have a feeling she’ll teach you a few new tricks 😉 After class\, we invite you to stay a little longer\, bring a snack or drink\, and take a moment to reflect on the summer that’s passed\, share impressions\, and connect.
