DESCRIPTION:Harvest season is here and with it comes an invitation to slow down\, gather around food and talk about all the delicious things autumn has to offer. For HARVEST MARKET #2\, on September 12\, at 10:00\, we’re opening the conversation around seasonal vegetables and fruit\, fermentation\, preserving and all the ways we can make the most of the harvest. Grădina Corbilor brings its best from the garden: fresh\, incredible vegetables including greens and salads\, cucamelons\, many varieties of cucumbers and tomatoes\, tomatillos\, jalapeños\, herbs and zucchini\, alongside some seriously good preserves: eggplant zacusca\, cherry tomatoes in tomato sauce\, tomato juice and tomatillo & green tomato chutney. Together with Iulia Zănescu\, Grădina Corbilor will also host a pickling workshop\, exploring the many things you can pickle and discovering that it’s not just about cucumbers and tomatoes. And\, as always\, HARVEST MARKET will be seriously tasty. MAT POP-UP will bring their best tacos\, with a seasonal twist\, right to OTOTO Station. SIROP will be cooking up delicious seasonal tarts. GRAINTRIP will bring their homemade bakery goods including cruffins and some of the tastiest bread in town. Perfect for Zacusca. Mihai Toader from Soro.lume will join us for a TALK & TASTE about food\, seasonality and the stars from the restaurant’s new menu.
