DESCRIPTION:Self-esteem is not about feeling confident all the time or repeating positive affirmations in the mirror. It’s about learning not to become your own harshest critic when you make a mistake\, face rejection or feel like you’re falling behind. In this group\, we’ll explore how self-esteem develops and how comparison\, self-criticism and the need for external validation can shape the way we see ourselves. Through practical exercises\, psychological tools and guided discussions\, we’ll work on building a more grounded and supportive relationship with yourself.
