Sunset Pilates by the Lake

Join us for an end-of-summer moment of gratitude this Wednesday 🌅 We’ll take in the colours of the sunset over the water at Floreasca Pontoon Park, while reconnecting with our bodies through a powerful Pilates class led by Iasmina. Based in Amsterdam and born in Bucharest, Iasmina is an experienced Pilates instructor passionate about building mobile and resilient bodies. Through mindful movement, she helps improve strength and move with greater freedom - both in training and everyday life.
